About the event

Cost Estimate Analysis is an aspect of one of the five elements to "problem seeking" or architectural programming which is discussed in some detail in the book, "Problem Seeking" written by William Pena, William Caudill, and John Focke with updates by CRSS and later HOK. It provides a structured way to develop and analyze a proposed construction budget, given the input or influence of as many as fourteen variables of which most total project budgets are composed.
