WISCO NOMA is the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), established in Fall 2019 as a 501(c)(6) organization. Our mission is to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the architectural profession across Wisconsin through advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement.
OUR MISSION
Promote Equity
Challenge discriminatory practices that limit minority architects' participation in design and construction.
Foster Excellence
Encourage the creation of high-quality living, working, and recreational environments that serve all communities.
Build Community
Connect architects, allied professionals, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and professional growth.
Inspire the Future
Mentor collegiate students and provide K-12 youth with exposure to architecture and design to inspire the next generation.
